About Architect:

Deepti Daadi Paatil is an Architect with over 10 Years of experience in the field of architecture, interior and landscape. She graduated from S.P.S.M.B.H.S college of Architecture, Shivaji University Kolhapur with Bachelors degree in architecture in 2003

After that she has worked with various well-known firms like Archland [ Kolhapur-Pune], Avinash Nawathe and associate [Pune],opus one architects[Pune]. Working with these firms she worked on vast and variety projects like Residential and commercial buildings, Large scale residential projects to individual bungalows and apartments International Schools, Five star Hotels etc. Also she worked as freelancer and consultant for some firms for some times.

After having vast and variety experience she set up the Design Square Studio.

As you and we are great team we finalize the requirements and budget after discussing with you then we provide our design solution which fullfill all your requirements

We offer service in six steps

Step 1 Finalize requirements and site visit for measurement.
Step 2 Deliver the best possible layout of your space based on your requirements. Layout is more explained with sketches and most similar images.
Step 3 We offer three more options for same space. We offer complete layout design for every option with examples in form of sketches and images. At this stage one option may finalize by you.
Step 4 The final layout will presented only after your final suggestions. At this stage complete theme with conceptual elevation, section ,specifications , material used will be provided along with cad drawings.
Step 5 This is the pre-presentation step in which we offer sketch up presentation to explain feel and depth of spaces or 3d presentation. We may provide walkthrough if you ask. This presentation helps you to understand the look and feel of spaces , furniture shapes, colour schemes, flooring pattern, wall treatments with material specification, ceiling pattern.
Step 6 Detailed drawings with all dimensions will provided. Detailed drawing consists all floor plans and ceiling plans, elevations with material specification, electrical layout, plumbing layout landscape layout and furniture details.
